Solution 2: Create a VM in AWS or Azure then grant access through an Identity manager. Solution 1: Install VirtualBox or another VM software on each Mac-users device.
I am wondering if any of you have suggestions that you can offer. Our company is trying to avoid issuing two devices to our users as we are a smaller company of under 25 users. I am concerned that users will bypass MDM software by using the VM. We do not have any on-prem servers and are a cloud based environment( AWS, Azure).Įnd-user devices are managed by Mosyle (MacOS) and on the Windows side we are using Intune. They need access to one application that doesn't support MacOS. I am challenged with providing a virtual solution for 2 - 10 end-users who are using MacOS.
